Next, print and complete the PTRC repair ticket and be certain to include the completed repair ticket with your watch.

COST: There is a $50 fee for us to examine your watch and submit a repair estimate to you. The fee will be fully applicable to the
repair price. If you elect not to have your watch repaired the fee will cover the estimate and return shipping. Actual repair costs
vary widely, depending on the repairs required, the age of your watch, etc.

PROCEDURES AND PAYMENTS: Please send your check in the amount of $50 made out to “PTRC, Inc.” with your watch when
you send it in for service. After we receive your watch we will determine the approximate cost to repair and notify you
via email. Following your approval we will repair your watch and notify you when it is complete. At that time we will
request payment of the balance due, which you may submit by check or place on your Visa or Mastercard.
(NOTE: we will phone you for your card number. For security reasons, do not email your card number to us.)
